I have months of transactions not showing, why is this and how do I fix it?

I only have 1 bank account.

Hi there, Constructionmiller. Please note that the date range of historical transactions available through bank feeds varies by institution. Some banks only allow QuickBooks Self-Employed to download the last 30 to 90 days, while others provide up to a year. It’s a good idea to check your bank’s website and confirm that they support downloads for your specific duration.

If you confirm that your bank does make that date range available for download, please refresh the bank connection inside the program. You can do this by clicking the Refresh All button in the Manage Accounts section under the Gear icon. This will retrieve any missing entries from your account and have the connection sync properly.

If the transactions are still missing, please try a few quick browser checks to rule out a browser issue. Should the issue persist, it’s best to contact our live support team so they can take a closer look at your account and check the underlying connection issue.

You may also want to manually upload your recent transactions into the program as a temporary workaround while we sort this out. Please note that QuickBooks pulls the latest transactions upon restoring the connection, which may include any you've manually uploaded. Review the For review tab afterward and exclude duplicates to keep your books accurate.

I’ll keep this conversation open for any follow-up updates or questions.
