Hi there, Randall. Please note that QuickBooks relies entirely on the data provided by your bank, which typically allows downloads for 30 to 90 days, or in some cases up to a year.
Since your filters didn't reveal the transactions from July to December, I suggest first forcing a manual update by navigating to Gear icon > Manage Accounts > Refresh All to ensure everything is synced.
You should also check with your bank to see if they are undergoing maintenance, as server interruptions can often cause these data gaps.
If there is no maintenance and the refresh doesn't resolve the issue, you can manually import the missing period by requesting statements from your bank in CSV format.
Additionally, please review the imported entries to identify and exclude any duplicates.
