Buy nowThanks for reaching out to the Community, @tony-provenances. Let's ensure to get your missing bank transactions added to QuickBooks Online.
The transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online are dependent on the data provided by your bank’s website. To confirm that these transactions are posted in your bank account, you can log into your account on the bank's website and check if you see the transactions.
Manually updating your bank account in QBO helps refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks so transactions will show up.
Here's how:
The steps above will surely help you bring in individual transactions on the register.
However, if the transactions still don't appear, check out this article for troubleshooting steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Hi,
I downloaded the QB File from my bank and uploaded it per directions.
Banking -> Link Account -> Upload from File -> Select the downloaded QBO file.
However, after successful upload, nothing has changed. The transactions are not reflected on 'for review', 'categorized', or 'excluded' tabs.
Thanks for your prompt response, @tony-provenances.
I appreciate you for following the insights shared by my colleague. I also experienced that system behavior a day ago wherein entries are missing in the For review tab after uploading bank feed transactions.
In your case, I suggest using an incognito or private browser to isolate this issue. There may be too many browser processes running at once. That's why transactions aren't showing up in the following tabs for Banking.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
From there, see if the transactions are showing up. If not, make sure to re-upload the QBO file. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will allow the browser to download newer data.
Alternatively, you can also use another supported browser.
In addition you can reference these articles while managing your bank feed transactions moving forward:
Please get back and share with me updates. I'm always here o back you up. Keep well.
Uploading from different browser worked.
thank you
