I'd like to verify what bank you're using and the error you get on the Banking page so I can check in our system if there are any similar reported issues. After updating your bank account information, you might want to manually update it. This way, the most recent available transactions will download.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions or Baking menu, select Banking.
- Click the bank to update.
- Select Update at the upper-right.
Also, you don't have to manually enter each transaction into your register. If transactions that were not downloaded from your bank feeds are older than 90 days, you can manually download them from your bank's website. Then, manually upload them into QuickBooks Online.
