Hello there, Martin. Even with the bank showing as connected, bank-side updates or maintenance can sometimes interrupt the data feed in QuickBooks.
I'd recommend logging in to your bank's website to check for any notifications that require your attention. You can also contact them directly for more details if necessary.
In the meantime, manually import your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed via CSV to keep your records up to date. Once your bank is connected, you may need to exclude duplicates to maintain accurate records.
