I have selected "last year" data in the Transactions tab, I am only seeing data for the last 12 mos. Today is 3/26/2020 and my data cuts off at 3/26/2019. Why?

Let me share insights why your data is shown only for these months, @awakening-touch.

Since you've filtered the year to Last year, the system will automatically shows the transactions which counts twelve months backwards from the today's date .

If you want to view the entire transactions you've made for the entire last year, you can use the Custom date to modify the transactions you wanted to see. I can show you how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Custom date on the Date filter. (It's right next to the Account filter.)
  3. Enter 1/1/19 for the Start date and 12/31/19 for the End date.
  4. Click Apply.

Every business needs to prepare and review its profit and loss statement periodically. You can run this report to determine the income tax your business must pay. Simply go to Reports and click View to see your Profit and loss report.

That's it! Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to be of assistance. Wishing you and your business continued success in all that you do.
