You can manually update your account in the banking page, esektormedia.

This will help you find your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, select Banking.
  2. Choose the bank or credit card you want to update.
  3. Click Update button.

You can also download the transactions from your bank's website into QuickBooks using our Webconnect feature. Take note that QBO only supports file size up to 350KB. Also, other supported formats file are Comma-Separated Values (CSV), Quicken (QFX), QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Microsoft Money (OFX).

I've added an article on how to manually upload transactions in QBO.

Please let me know how these steps work. I want to make sure you're able to download your credit card transactions in QBO.

Only connected bank type accounts will be shown in the banking section. Credit card accounts are a different type. You can connect it but to see it you have to go to Accounting-COA-
