I have the same account on my quickbooks twice

You're in the right place, @heath-cicerelli.

 

If you're seeing two accounts when you login, that means that there is two different subscriptions. If you don't need both, you can cancel the one that you aren't using. Just click on that account when you login from the list and follow these quick steps to ensure it gets cancelled.
 


 

  1. Select Settings  ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Cancel your trial.
  3. Select Continue to cancel.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen.
  5. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Select Got it.
