I have the same bank account linked to my quickbooks twice. They display as two accounts in QB but are the same account. How do I fix this? Make one inactive?

It's best to make the accounts inactive if we no don't use them or if it's a duplicate. Simply go to the Chart of Accounts and locate the duplicate bank account. From the View register drop-down, select Make inactive.
