I have transactions from Footlocker that need be posted on to quick books self employed for my business purposes. None of them are showing up? How can I remedy that?

First, is the bank account where your footlocker transactions are supposed to be recorded connected with QuickBooks? Did you received any connectivity error? This way, we can further check on the root cause of this missing transactions?

If your bank is connected, you can manually refresh your bank connection to trigger the QuickBooks Self-Employed updates. This will help fetch the transactions that were not imported. 

You can do it 3-4 times and check the missing transactions. However, if it doesn't work, you have the option to download a copy of these transactions from the bank again using a CSV file. Then, import it to QuickBooks. Just make sure the file is one of the accepted formats. 

• Ensure that the file is a CSV (comma-separated values) format.
• CSV file should contain the following information: Date, Description and Amount.
• Check if the file has blank lines if it does delete them.
• Please make sure to select the column header labels.

Here's how to import: 

1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports. 
2. Select Import transactions. 
3. Browse the CSV file that you've saved. 
4. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
5. Press on Import.

Afaik, you need a connector and it only works with QBO, not QBSE.
