I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my bank accounts but only the balance is updating, no transactions are downloading.

Steps I have tried:

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

I appreciate what you've done so far, Vincent. I want to ensure this gets resolved with the missing transactions.

 

Before doing so, I'd like to verify the name of the bank account that shows missing transactions. And did you get an error message? Any additional information will bring us closer to the resolution and check this further.

 

In the meantime, I suggest logging in to your bank's website to check for any messages, notifications, or alerts that require your attention. There are times when banks have system maintenance and server issues that can cause delays. For more information, please refer to this article: Check your bank or credit card's website.

 

If everything is working on their end, let's manually update your connection through a private window or another supported browser to further isolate the problem. Depending on your browser type, you may refer to the keyboard shortcuts provided below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

So none of the actions that were recommended worked, I had to call customer support and escalate it. It pulled transactions once the backend team got to it.

Anyone in the future reading this, ensure you reach out to the back end team once you reach out to customer support.
