Before doing so, I'd like to verify the name of the bank account that shows missing transactions. And did you get an error message? Any additional information will bring us closer to the resolution and check this further.
In the meantime, I suggest logging in to your bank's website to check for any messages, notifications, or alerts that require your attention. There are times when banks have system maintenance and server issues that can cause delays. For more information, please refer to this article: Check your bank or credit card's website.

So none of the actions that were recommended worked, I had to call customer support and escalate it. It pulled transactions once the backend team got to it.
