I have two deposits that are not showing in my QuickBooks checking account. Can someone please advice which number to call?

The timing of your deposit is influenced by the product you utilize and the payment type, happytobeme.

 

Please know that it can take up to five (5) business days for payments to be deposited into your QuickBooks Checking account if this is your first time processing with QuickBooks Payments, as we're setting up your account. After that, it will be much faster.

 

To determine when your money will be placed into your account, check their status in the  Merchant Service Center. Here's how:

 

  1. On the homepage, select Activities & Reports.
  2. Choose Deposits, then pick the appropriate date range in the Dates field.
  3. Click Search.

 

 

You can see Funded in the Status column if it's successful. For Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned, click the arrow ▼ in the Fee column for the details. You'll also receive an email with the specific instructions.

 

Additionally, note that the option to call our Live Payments Support team using a number is currently unavailable. You can request a callback or chat with an expert through QuickBooks Solopreneur instead if you have verified that the amount should be in your account already. They can collaborate with you to make sure you'll receive your funds accordingly.

 

Once transactions flow into QuickBooks, ensure they are in the correct category representing your income and expenses for accurate reporting and tax calculation.
