I just added this credit card to my accounts and now it is not letting me upload the transactions.

I just added this credit card to my accounts and now it is not letting me upload the transactions.

Nice to have you here in the Community, @brendabogart.

 

I hope all is well. The credit card transactions can take up to 24 to 48 hours, depending on the financial institution, to import into QuickBooks after your card has been used. If the previous transactions from the card aren't there, I suggest disconnecting the card and reconnecting it with different dates. The steps below will show you how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Transaction tab and choose Banking.
  2. Select the credit card account you connected.
  3. Choose the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner of the box.

 

       4. Push Edit Account Info.

       5. Check the box that says Disconnect this account on save and press Save and Close.

 

Now that your account is disconnected, you can reconnect it and pick a date range that will include the transactions you need. Once the account is connected again, you can hit the Update button in the top right-hand corner, and the account will refresh to add recent transactions that happened within the range mentioned above.
