You can download your 2024 transactions from your bank's website and manually upload them to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Board.
To get the transaction from your bank, here's how:
- Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
- Follow your bank's instructions to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer, as every institution has different steps.
- Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
- Download your transactions and save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

Next, manually upload the transactions:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
- Click the Link account dropdown, then Upload from file.
- Hit Browse, then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then Next.
- From the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then Next.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then Next.
- Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next.
- Hit Yes. When you're ready, select Let's Go.
