I'm attempting to connect a citibank account to QuickBooks Online. A popup window opens, I enter my creds. When I submit, popup remains on citi, but content is blank.

I can log in with the credentials directly on the citi site, but something is going wrong when I try to auth via quickbooks online.

Thanks for the suggestion to try a different browser.  Something is wrong with the integration when accessing it from Brave.  I used Edge and it worked.
