I’m buying a company that uses QBO and I currently run QBD. Can I import any information or do I have to start from scratch and set up a new chart of Accts/etc in QBD?
I would like to have it as another subsidiary and just add a company to our current QBD account. Otherwise, I can set up a new QBO account but don’t know how to import the owners company file into my new QBO acct?
2. Keep using the current QBO account to manage it. Ask the Master Admin of the account to invite you as the new Admin and transfer the Master Admin role. You may have other options if their Master Admin declined to transfer the role.
