There are a few things to consider why your transactions aren't showing in your bank register, @tpeschka.
If the transactions are sales transactions like sales receipts and invoices, These types of transactions are posted in Undeposited funds and Accounts Receivable by default.
You can transfer your Undeposited Funds amount to your bank through the Bank Deposit feature. This way, you'll be able to properly track your transactions based on the actual scenario that might have happened in your business.
