I'm having difficulty updating a connection with Oauth. Connection seems to stall out during process. Any suggestions?

Since you're experiencing problems updating an existing bank feed with OAuth, it's possible your browser's temporary internet files might have something to do with it. Browsing applications store these records, but sometimes they can cause issues on certain web pages. You can open a private window and retry the process.
Here's how to access incognito mode in some of the most commonly used browsers:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
Once you're browsing privately, sign back in to QuickBooks Online, go to Banking or Transactions, find your Your connection is getting an update notification and select Update now.
Next, you'll have to log in on your bank's website as the primary account user to authorize connection. If it updates without any problems, it's safe to say your browser is causing this issue. You can fix it by clearing cached data and Intuit-specific cookies.
In the event it's still stalling out while attempting your OAuth update, you'll want to contact our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, research further with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary. I've confirmed that currently there's no ongoing/solved investigations about this.
