Click Connect Account on the landing page, or select Add account or Link account if you've already created an account.
Paste your bank's online banking URL, press enter, and try connecting again.
If you're still unable to connect to your bank, I recommend updating your bank manually to refresh the connection between QuickBooks and your financial institution.
Go to the Banking tab.
Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
Click the Update button. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions. Not all banks require this, but some do for added peace of mind.
However, if you still encounter issues, I suggest contacting our support team so they can investigate this further and what is really happening. They also have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
