Hi there, stephensanders-s.

Let me assist you in setting up a new company file.

I'd like to know first what version of QuickBooks you're using. If you have QuickBooks Desktop on your PC and would like to convert the file into QuickBooks Online, there's a better way to do that.

We can easily convert the QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online within the software. Please check these articles on how to do it:

These articles will show you how to manually import your company data to QuickBooks Online:

If you're using QuickBooks Online both on PC and Chromebook, there's no need to convert or import the file. The data will be saved on our cloud storage so you can access it anytime, anywhere. What you need to do it to log in to your account using a browser. You can also install our QuickBooks Online App for Desktop.

I'll be here if you need more help with this. Wishing you all the best!
