I'm here to help locate the bank deposits in your QuickBooks. Since the individual payments are no longer available to add to a deposit, then someone may have included or combined the payments and deposited it to your business account.
You can check your payment transactions and verify if there's a deposit status attached. This is located under the Customer field of the received payment. I've attached a screenshot for your reference.
If the payment was deposited, you can click the More option at the bottom and check the Audit history for more information.
Also, you can check your Audit Log to keep track of your activities and view who made changes to your company.
