You have me and I'm here to help you import the bank transactions, Rg-churton.

First, let's make sure you're using a supported file (CSV, QBO, QFX, or OFX). Then, the file must not be more than 350 KB. If it's too big, you can shorten the date range, and import the transactions in smaller batches. Lastly, make sure to map them correctly so you'll be able to import them.

To upload the file:

  1. Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select Upload transactions.
  3. Click Browse, select the file, then click Open.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select the bank account, then click Next.
  6. Map the columns, then click Next.
  7. Select the transactions to import, then click Next.
  8. Click Let's go.

For better guidance, I'll provide you the article on how to manually upload transactions. Once they're added into the program, match and categorise them.

In case anything comes up, please let us know. Have a good day!
