I'm successfully connecting to my bank, but haven't received any transactions from them since 11/13 but the balance is correct. Is this an issue with QB or the bank?

Not having any problem with credit card accounts.

Which bank are you having a problem with? Did you encounter any errors? If you have, the following articles list different bank error codes and detailed troubleshooting steps to resolve them:

In the meantime, we can perform a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online. See the steps below:

 

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Banking.
  2. Choose Banking.
  3. Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.

Alternatively, you can download transactions from your bank’s website into QuickBooks using our WebConnect feature.
