Hello there, stacihb. What exact behaviour are you seeing when trying to transfer funds to your debit? Are you getting a specific error message?
In the meantime, please know that to manage funds in QuickBooks Checking, you must be the person who originally applied and was approved for the account. While any Primary or Company Admin can start the sign-up process, fund transfers are restricted to the applicant. Other admins can check the balance, but they won't be able to move money in or out.
