Here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Next, go back to see if you're able to download or see your transactions. If it's working fine, go back to your regular browser to clear the cache. Performing this process will optimize the QBSE performance.

- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of the case and then tap Continue.
