Let me provide some information about connecting your Credit Card account, aziggs.
You'll encounter this error message if you connect a parent credit card account and its sub-accounts. We can only connect one account either the parent or the sub-accounts. This is because transactions are already downloaded in the parent account if it's already connected.
To resolve this, just connect the account where your transactions are downloaded. If all transactions go to the parent account, we can connect the parent account. If they are downloaded to the individual sub-accounts, then connect all sub-accounts.
Also, some banks may show the overall bank balance at each subaccount level. This means the bank provides us with a static balance of the entire account and not the balance of each subaccount.
When it’s time to reconcile, you only need to reconcile the parent account because all transactions in the subaccounts roll up into it.
To learn more about this one, check out this article: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.

This information should point you in the right direction. Fill me in if you need a hand with matching and categorizing your transactions. Assistance is just one post away. Have a great day ahead.
The Sub Accounts are linked. But no transactions are connected. All sub account transactions have to be entered manually. Is this a Chase issue or QBO.
I’m glad to see you in this thread, @muenstermann.
Before connecting to online banking, you need to know how your bank sends the downloaded transactions. As mentioned by my peer above, connect only the parent account if the transactions download to one account. Otherwise, you’ll want to connect the sub-account.
Please know that QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on the information coming from your bank. Some banks need to assign access to establish a connection with QuickBooks. I recommend contacting Chase support for assistance on how to allow this functionality. This way, all your sub-account entries will be automatically downloaded.
You can visit this guide to learn how to manage QBO bank feeds, deposits, and reconciliation: Banking.
