I need help changinging my bank account but i dont have access to online banking yet

Thank you for posting here in QuickBooks Community. I'll provide information and steps so you're able to change your bank account.
If you don't have access to Online Banking inside QuickBooks, you'll need to contact your Master admin to give permission in changing your bank account. They have the power to switch your access rights. For additional information about different user types and levels of access in QuickBooks Online, you can click this article: User types and user permissions in QuickBooks Online.
However, if you mean that you don't have access to the Online Banking of the Bank provider, I'd suggest getting the username and password of the Bank's login credentials. This way, you can use this to connect your new bank account to QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you'll need first to disconnect the old bank account that connected to QuickBooks to start changing the bank.
Go to the Banking menu inside QuickBooks.
Select the tile for the bank account.
Select the pencil icon and choose Edit account info.
Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Please note that if QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
