I need help understanding a transaction being entered several times. here's a scenario. I transfer the amount from PayPal to my bank account. the record will show under QBSE 3 times, once as withdraw and 2 as deposit with one of them show as [closed]

Hi Redmoon, 

A transfer transaction will show a withdrawal and a deposit transaction. After it settles to your bank, it will show as another deposit. You'll want to exclude a transaction to delete duplicates to show only one transaction. Here's how:

To exclude using a web browser

1. Open the transaction from the Transaction page.
2. Check Exclude on.
3. Click Save.

For mobile app

1. Tap the transaction.
2. Toggle Exclude on.

To delete using a web browser

1. Open the transaction from the Transaction page.
2. Select the transaction.
3. Select Delete, then choose Yes to confirm.

For mobile app

1. Tap the transaction.
2. Tap Delete Transaction.
3. Select Yes to confirm.
