- Go to Banking from the left menu and choose the Banking tab.
- From there, click the Add Account button.
- Enter your financial institution’s URL or name on the search box and see the results.
- Select the bank and click Continue.
- Follow on-screen instructions to connect your bank account.
If the account is already connected and you're experiencing banking issues, manually updating your account can help refresh its connection between your bank's website and QBO. Here's how:
- Select the Banking menu and tap the Banking tab.
- Click to highlight the account you're updating, and click the Update button.
