I need help with the app. It’s not synched to my web account

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll share details to ensure that the data that appears on the web will also show in your QuickBooks Self Employed app.

 

When you logged into your QuickBooks Self Employed account, it should always be synched to a web account or in the QuickBooks app. To ensure you'd able to access your QBSE account or connect the information entered from the web, you'll have to make sure that you downloaded the correct QBSE app. You can install the app using the links below based on the device you're using:

 

 

Then, I suggest using the same login credential to ensure that you're logging in to the correct account that you've set up.

 

If the issue persists, there are times performance issues in QuickBooks Mobile App can be caused by a full cache. And, this can also be the reason that you're having trouble accessing your account using an app or synching any details. To fix this, I recommend performing basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu. 
  2. Click Reset App Data.
  3. Close the app when the process is completed.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening. 

 

If the issue still persists, I suggest uninstalling/reinstalling the QuickBooks Self Employed app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.
