Below are the following reasons why some transactions are not downloading from your bank:
A connection issue between your bank and QBO.
The financial institution’s server is offline.
Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task.
We can try a few things to import those missing transactions within QuickBooks Online. Let's go to the Banking menu and select the Banking tab once again. Then, click the Update button at the upper-right corner. Doing the manual update in your book helps to refresh the system and import the missing entries. Aside from that, we can manually bring them into QuickBooks by following these steps:
Sign in to your bank's website and get the missing transactions there.
