I'll help you go over some troubleshooting steps to help you access the data, vaughnvillafana.

Let's try opening your account in a private browser or incognito window. This mode won't save any browsing history and helps us verify if this is caused by the system or your browser-related issues.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

Next, go to Reports on the left panel and select the report you want to view. If you're able to see 2019 data, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Deleting the cache data helps to troubleshoot, increase the loading time of web pages, and increases the performance of your computer. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.

Alternatively, try using a different supported browser

If you're still getting the same result, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and investigate more of the report.

Here are the steps:

  1. Click the Assistant link located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and then I still need a human to see the Message an agent and Get a callback options.

Thanks for your help. However, I was able to select custom date and resolve the issue by entering the date range needed
