I need to closed account

Hello @sunshine19llc-gm! Sorry to see you leave us but I can help you cancel your subscription right within your account.


While logged in as the Master Admin:

  1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Company Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.
