I'll help you determine why you cannot locate your bank in our system, Lesa.

There are times when your bank has multiple names on our list, you're unable to search for any results. Ensure to find using the banking sign-in URL to make sure you have the correct listing. Aside from that, choose only to release one website for connection to QuickBooks. Sometimes, your financial institution will have multiple bank names or might have different types of accounts. To try other listed versions of your bank's name, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Transactions tab, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account.
  3. Enter the name of your financial institution by selecting it from the list.
  4. Choose the link to go to your bank's website. This opens a new window.
  5. Make sure you can access your account through this site. See if you can view your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
  6. If you can access everything, sign out of the financial institution's website.
  7. Go back and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online.
  8. Continue to add the account to QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, if you have tried all the possibilities but still unable to find your bank, you can request support from your bank. Here's how:

  1. Click the profile ⚙ icon and select Connect bank.
  2. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  3. Select Request to add your bank.
  4. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided and select Request.

In the meantime. you can manually import your bank transactions to keep up with the latest ones. However, we still recommend that you connect your accounts to online banking once your bank is already in our system since when you're using the manual and automatic way may cause duplicates.

Furthermore, learn how QuickBooks puts your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C. You can check this article for more details: Categorize Transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Any other concerns about your bank transaction? If you do, let me know so I can get back to you and assist further. I'll be one post away if you need anything else. Have great day!

You can use one of converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
