Once a reconciled transactions are deleted, we're unable to edit them since they've been deleted in the program. What we can do is to re-enter the deleted ones to fix the balance and continue the reconciliation process for next month.
Also, we can log in to your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito window. It helps to identify if it's a browser-related issue about the program asking to sign in again. Please use the shortcut keys below, where you can access your QuickBooks account:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you're able to at once, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. You can also use other compatible browsers in QBO.
