It's possible that you're using an unsupported file type, marvysgardens.
You can check out this list to know the file types you can use to import Web Connect transactions:
- Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
- Quicken (QFX)
- QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Microsoft Money (OFX)
Additionally, QBO can only support file sizes up to 350 KB. This is probably one of the reasons why you're being asked for an app to download the transactions to. So if you're trying to import a lot of transactions, you might need to import smaller date ranges.
