Thanks for subscribing to QuickBooks Online (QBO), gigisfamilyfarm.

Merging two company data into one file is not available in QBO.

Each account is created individually, however, you can manually enter the data into the company you want to keep.

You can also export a list from one account and import it into another. I'll show you how:

To export:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Export Data from the pop-up window.
2. Tick the radio button for your reason in exporting and hit Continue.
3. Choose the report or list you want and click the Export to Excel.
4. Hit OK.

To import:

1. Hit the Gear icon at the top and choose Import Data.
2. Select the List you want to import.
3. Locate the file and hit Next.
4. Follow the on-screen process.
