I need to update my cc info and although I am the primary admin I cannot make the update

I'm here to help ensure you're able to change the credit card info used to pay for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription.

Only the primary contact can update the billing info. It is important to know the primary contact on file for the security of your account. You'll want to verify if your name is listed as the primary contact through the steps below:

1. Log in to Your QuickBooks Account (CAMPS) online.
2. Scroll down to the Primary Contact section to see the details.
3. If you wish to modify it, click Change.
4. Select the new primary contact from the list of contacts on the account.
5. Click Save and Close.

Once done, please use the following steps below to edit the cc information:

How to update your QBDT payment info:

1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
2. Find your subscription in the Products & Services list.
3. Select Details.
4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
5. Update your information.
6. Select Save and Close.

If the current primary contact is no longer associated with the company, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Care Team. They may need additional information from you as the Admin. And, proceed to the necessary steps so you can make the changes to your billing subscription.

Open your QuickBooks Desktop to connect with us.

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
5. Choose Start messaging to connect with support.
