I never got the money my client sent to my bank through Quickbooks. Does anyone here know how I fix this?

I never got the money my client sent to my bank through Quickbooks. Does anyone here know how I fix this?

The deposit lead time depends on the three scenarios, yacithane.

 

QuickBooks submits the credit card payments daily at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Usually, the funds will be deposited to your bank within 2-3 banking days. While bank transfer payments (ACH) take up to 2-7 banking days.

 

However, the waiting period depends on the following scenarios:

 

  • The time when you enter the transactions.
  • Your financial institution to deposit the funds.
  • The bank policies for verifying and processing the deposits.

 

Some banks will deposit the payment after 5-7 business days. Meanwhile, you can also track your transactions through the Merchant Service Center. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Log in to your Merchant Service account.
  2. Click Activity & Reports.
  3. Select Deposits.
  4. Use the Date field to filter the data.

 

If you haven't received the money after the allotted time, I would suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments Support. They can help you check the status of the deposit.

I'm here to help you on how to get to the Merchant Service, yacithane.

 

The steps are too easy. If you have QuickBooks Payments, you can easily manage them by logging in to your Merchant Service Center from QBO. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab, then Manage details.

I'm sure you'll be able to sign in and verify the status of your payments.
