Hello. Did you ever solve the issue somehow? We're all experiencing it right now.

Hi there, OscarR.

Yes, this issue has been resolved for quite some time. You might experience some browser issues on your end. When a browser keeps too much cache, it can cause problems such as bringing up the data to your account or some latency issues. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the missing transactions.

You start by opening your account using an incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, you can manually update your bank account to download the latest transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click Update.

Alternatively, you can also manually upload CSV files coming from your bank. Please refer to this article for the complete guide: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

After you've seen those transactions, you can start reviewing them to ensure they're in the right accounts. I've included this resource for more insights: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for visiting the Community space, please don't hesitate to add any details below if you require additional support with bank transactions. I'll keep an eye on your response and get back with more information.
