Hello there, userintegrityinblue8,

If you're using QuickBooks Online, make sure to log in from this website, https://qbo.intuit.com/.

Furthermore, if you're no longer using QB Self-Employed, make sure to cancel your subscription to avoid unwanted charges.

If you have subscribed through a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using this link https://selfemployed.intuit.com/login.
  2.  Make sure to log in using your QuickBooks Self-Employed login credentials when you sign up for the service.
  3. Click the Gear icon on the upper right hand.
  4. Select Billing Info in the drop-down menu.
  5. Click Cancel now in the Cancel section.
  6. Enter a reason for canceling.
  7. Click Cancel Subscription.
  8. Click Cancel subscription one more time, or if you have changed your mind, select Keep your subscription.

Moreover, if you have subscribed via the mobile app, you can check this article for more detailed information: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed mobile subscription.

If you have other questions about your subscription, don't hesitate to leave a comment.
