You'll need to reach out to our customer support team as they have the tools to access your account and review the details of the charges. Below I've included the steps to contacting support. 

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. We’ll provide you a few support options. Choose which one is best for you.
