I ran a customers card and it said it went through and is paid but in the account transactions it shows nothing. No trace of the transaction.

I have a couple of questions to ask you to get a better understanding of the situation:

  • Do you have QuickBooks Payments (Merchant Services) with your QuickBooks Online account?
  • What type of transaction did you create? (Invoice, Sales Receipt, Receive Payment, etc.)
