You can just delete the duplicate paychecks to correct your YTD figures. The steps to do may differ depending on the payroll subscription you're using. Here's how:
For QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP):

I did delete the duplicated checks but the YTD balances remained doubled. How do I correct the YTD totals? The checks were also paid from the wrong bank account. How do I remove the entry to the correct bank account?

Since you're unable to correct the figures of the total year-to-date amounts of your payroll, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team so someone can pull up your account, securely. With their tools, he/she can help you create an adjustment for your payroll corrections.
