I ran my payroll twice in error and it doubled my YTD figures. It also recorded the payments in the wrong bank account. How do I correct it?

You can just delete the duplicate paychecks to correct your YTD figures. The steps to do may differ depending on the payroll subscription you're using. Here's how:

For QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP):

1. Go to the Workers menu at the left pane to get to the Employees page.
2. Tick the Paycheck List under Run Payroll, then locate the specific paychecks. 
3. Hit Delete, then place a checkmark in the confirmation box.
4. Click Delete Paycheck to complete the process.

For Intuit Online Payroll (IOP):

1. Select Reports, then click the Paycheck List under Paychecks and Pay stubs.
2. Locate the specific paychecks, then tick Delete.
3. Hit Ok to complete the process.

I did delete the duplicated checks but the YTD balances remained doubled. How do I correct the YTD totals?  The checks were also paid from the wrong bank account. How do I remove the entry to the correct bank account?

Since you're unable to correct the figures of the total year-to-date amounts of your payroll, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team so someone can pull up your account, securely. With their tools, he/she can help you create an adjustment for your payroll corrections.
