Select the Activity & Reports tab and choose Deposits.
To check for deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you can follow the steps below.
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
Select the bank deposit you want to review.
However, if you're unable to locate a deposit since a different name is entered in the transaction, you'll want to contact your bank so they can trace who made the deposits and check other deposit details. They may also require additional steps so you'll be able to know where the transaction came from.
