I received an email saying payment was received 2 days ago but it is still not showing up in my bank account. Just set up and never used before.

I received an email saying payment was received 2 days ago but it is still not showing up in my bank account. Just set up and never used before.

I can share information about when payment will appear in your bank account.

 

QuickBooks payments deposit the money within 1-2 business days. This may up to 5 days during the first month while we set everything up. No worries, an email notification will be sent once everything is all in order. You can check the status of processed payments in the Merchant Service Center. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports.
  3. Click Deposits.
  4. Choose the date range in the Dates field.
  5. Select Search.

 

You will see Withheld or Batch Deposit Returned status if there's an issue with the customer payment. Just click the drop-down arrow under the Fee column to view the details.
