Hey, @ez12714.

I'm here to help you locate your tenant so that you can create a transaction within your account. Let's check the customer's list to ensure that he's an active customer.

  1. Go to the Sales tab.
  2. Select the Customers section.
  3. Above the "Action" column, press the Gear (Settings) icon.
  4. Under the "Other" section, check the box beside Include Inactive.
  5. Next, click in the search bar beside Batch Actions and enter the customer's name. This will allow you to see if the customer is active or inactive.

If they're inactive, follow the steps below on how to make them active again.

  1. Go to the inactive customer.
  2. Under the "Action" column, hit Make Active in blue writing.

It's that easy! If the person is still active, then I recommend clearing your cache and cookies within your browser. QuickBooks will then load as a fresh page to remove any error messages or glitches that may be occurring within your account.

Remember, don't forget to let me know if this helps. If you need additional assistance, don't hesitate to reach back out to the Community. Have a fantastic day!
