I'm here to make sure you're able to reconcile the previous months in QuickBooks Online, @tabas4.

To start, you will need to unreconciled the transactions. If your accountant is using QuickBooks Online for Accountant and it's connected to your account, you can request to undo the reconciliation. If not, you can invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a master admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and choose Manage users.
  3. Click the Accounting firms tab.
  4. Select Invite.
  5. Enter your accountant's info and then click Save.

Once it's done, you can already change the reconciling date and figure starting 01/31/2019.

For additional information, feel free to check this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

You can also print or export your reconciliation reports if you need to share them.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to assist you as soon as I can. Have a happy weekend.
