I set up auto down load from my bank account. It did not download from 04/14/19 to 12/08/19. Can I do this manually? I tryed hitting the update button just starts auto.

We can manually update the connection between QuickBooks and your bank. This helps to download the missing transactions.

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select the tile for the affected account. 
3. Click the Update button.

Also, another way to bring in those transactions is to manually upload them using a Webconnect file and download it from your bank's website.
