I still can't reconcile my accounts with the Bank. I have been getting error message. Not good at all

Last week I spoke to a representative and she couldn't help me with this matter.

I'm here to make sure you're able to reconcile your accounts, ivone-aliaga.

Can you tell me what error did you received? It would also help me trace if we have an ongoing issue if you can provide the name of your bank provider.

In the meantime, you can check these different bank errors and the ways to fix it:

Once the error is fixed, you're good to reconcile the accounts. I'll show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Reconcile.
2. Select either Get Started or Let's do it.
3. Select an Account to be reconciled.
4. Enter the Beginning balance and the Ending date.
5. Click Start reconciling.
